Fees

The Kindergartens Nursery Schools are able to offer a place for your child at age 6 months or older, with the exception of The Park SW11 Nursery School, which takes children from their second birthday.

Depending on your chosen nursery school, there are many flexible options for exceptional care and early education. Please do let us know if we can help. All nursery school places are offered with a settling-in programme to ensure your little one has a great start with us.

FUNDING:

We offer 15 and 30 hours of Government funded childcare at all of our nursery schools. You can check to see if you are eligible here.

Please contact our Admissions Manager for our funding guide.

Fees at The Kindergartens:

As of September 2025…

Please note our fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change.

The fees below do not include any discounts. If you have more than one child at our nursery schools, please do not forget that you are also eligible for a 10% discount on the youngest child’s fees.

Please contact us for a personalised fee break down for full details of the amount you will pay.

A place at our nursery is subject to payment of our non-refundable registration fee. A deposit is also required upon acceptance of your child’s place and is returned to you when they leave the nursery, provided the correct notice has been given.

Government funding only covers the cost of the provision of childcare and the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

The funding does not include any of the other services that our nurseries provide, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Meals and snacks
  • Nappies, formula and consumables
  • Additional hours
  • Early starts or late finishes
  • Enrichment or extracurricular activities
  • Forest School
  • Administration costs
  • Access to our parent app
  • As well as all those little extras that make our nurseries so special!

We therefore ask parents to pay for these with our consumables charge, called an ‘Extras and Essentials’ fee, during funded hours. This ensures that the quality of care and service we offer is protected for all our children and parents. Details on how our fees are structured can be found on the fee sheet.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Extras and Essentials / Additional Services Fee:

Whilst this charge remains voluntary, if parents refuse or are unable to the pay the ‘Extras and Essentials’ fee, then they will need to speak to our Admissions Manager to discuss further. There is both an operational and financial impact on the nursery when this is not paid.

We do offer Fully Funded, or Funded Entitlement Only (FEO) places which are subject to availability and offered in a set booking pattern. Access to these places is determined based on need and in line with our Government Funding Policy. Please look at our or more information.

Giving notice on your child’s place:

Notice of the withdrawal of a pupil must be given via email to your Nursery Manager and our Admissions Manager. This varies depending on the setting – Typically two month’s notice for nurseries that invoice monthly, or one full term’s notice for nurseries that invoice termly.

Please note, where a Fully Funded place is accessed for your child, the notice period shall be reduced to four weeks.

An accepted place at one of our nurseries constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions, as well as our Admissions Policy and Government Funding Policy:
